Co-owner Dean (also known as David) is known for his

outstanding skill and attention to detail.

He has an extensive background in hairdressing with over 25 years experience

in the industry.

He spent 11 of those working with Mark as a senior stylist at a prestigious hairdressing company in Manchester where he specialised in both men’s and women’s hairdressing.

His talents have taken him across the globe - managing and working in salons all over the world - including Hong Kong, Tokyo, Sydney and LA.

Dean is also a yoga enthusiast

and a passionate surfer.

Previously know as Brad, Swoon’s co-owner Mark, worked at Vidal Sassoon

Manchester for 14 years.

He won an international Stylist of the Year award,

and was a member of the creative team before he left.

He has also been involved in a wide variety of fashion photo shoots, television,

promotions and training ranging from Scandinavia to Japan.

Precision and creativity distinguish Mark’s work, with an emphasis on suitability for the individual and their lifestyle.

His extensive training and salon experience has helped develop his distinct

style and aesthetic vision. Mark has built up a devoted

clientele thanks to his consistent,

superior hair styling.

He is also obsessed with health and nutrition and is a dedicated

practitioner of Ashtanga yoga.

On leaving school, Michelle’s main ambition was to use her creative and artistic abilities on hair design.

She gained a quality apprenticeship at a leading salon in Manchester,

where she worked alongside her Swoon colleagues for 11 years.

She took a year-long break to travel around the world and had

a position in an exclusive salon in Sydney.

Michelle provides a friendly and attentive service. Her technical ability allows her to

create soft sexy hair with movement, texture and emphasis on client satisfaction.

Michelle is also interested in fashion and enjoys

dining out, travel,and exercise.

Jennie has worked with the Swoon team at a leading hair salon

in Manchester for 17 years, where she developed her skills, technicality and creative vision.

Staying at the forefront of current fashion trends, Jennie is inspired

and motivated by her clients.

She will customise your haircut to suit your hair texture and

accentuate your features, with a shape that is

easy to recreate at home.

Rachel has worked as a senior colour technician for 12 years with the rest of the Swoon team, at a leading international hairdressing company

in Manchester.

Always on the look out for new trends and techniques,

she will create the perfect look by recommending colour to compliment

any skin tone and sense of style.

Specialising in colour, Rachel has a gift for restructuring hair with

the highest level of skill, individuality and creativity.

She is passionate about her work and takes absolute pride

in creating high quality, unique and beautiful

colours for her clients.
